Shelton State's libraries are academic libraries, however, we do have books for your reading pleasure. We all need a break, sometimes! We have everything from murder mysteries to romance and science fiction. So..... if you want to become a detective, go into outer space, have a good laugh or find that perfect love - we can provide! Both the Brooks-Cork and Lewis library have Bestsellers Sections. Each bestseller can be checked out for a three week period. Some of our featured authors are Janet Evanovich, Eric Jerome Dickey, and James Patterson. This names just a few of our authors. Overdue fines accrue at the rate of $.10 a day.
